Introduction
Health and safety improvements, quality of health care or respect of a tight legal frame are major challenges facing the whole health sector.

IRIS is coaching you to strengthen the effectiveness of your projects and provide participative training sessions facilitated by experts delivering the key ideas you need in the most straightforward way..

We propose alternatively different modular training courses, depending on your requirements:

In-House Training: these sessions are delivered in house and tailored to your own specific needs by our consultants / facilitators.

Open Courses: these health meetings are designed to be addressed to groups of 15 to 20 health professionals with a view to learning through sharing experience with others and are held in a pleasant venue in Paris.

Health Conference: IRIS is organising a Health Conference several times a year ; these very successful events address major issues relating to challenges and topics that are common to the public and private sectors. Up to 70 attendants build their capacity with the help of renowned and experienced experts, using practical exercises and comprehensive materials to follow up on what they learn.

Our training department is helping you improving what your establishment is doing best.

Quality management
Working in quality is a good asset for preventing the risks. It is also a good practice and a sound governance management method. Different norms (issued by ISO or the French national care standards commission) enable you to target the quality areas that needs to be addressed to get your establishment accredited.
Risk assessment and risk management
One of IRIS’s core competences is the assessment and management of risks. We :

set up an overall risk assessment and management system tailored to your establishment.

design troubleshooting handy books to cope with all kinds of hazardous situations.

train your staff in infections – related risk assessment and management with an emphasis on hospital-acquired infections.

train and coach your staff on anaesthetic safety rules.

organise health monitoring with respect to legal requirements.
